
You cannot say no to a plate of Pasta Bolognese. It’s timeless classic and crowd favourite. However, cleaning up afterwards can be a hassle, and this is why this recipe exists. All you will need it’s a chefs knife, chopping board, stirring spoon, tongs and cooking pot.

One Pot Pasta Bolognese
A classic and crowd favourite. Although this time with less cleaning

- 1 Chefs Knife
- 1 Chopping Board
- 1 Pot (5 L) with a lid
Ingredients
- 400 gram Minced Beef Greater than 8% fat preferred
- 1 Whole Onion finely chopped
- 1 Whole Carrot Peeled and finely chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic Finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 Can Chopped Tomatoes 400g
- 1 L Stock Beef stock preferred
- 1 Tbsp Italian Herb mix
- 3 pieces Bayleaf
- 500 gram Pasta Short ones will be easier, while long spaghetti is going to be tricky
- 1 tsp Each of salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
